1. Our Fees
Our fees are based on:
• The complexity of the work
• The type of service (e.g., accounts preparation, tax returns, bookkeeping, advisory)
• The time required to deliver accurate and professional results
We provide clear quotations before starting any engagement, so you know exactly what to expect.
2. Payment Terms
• All fees are payable upfront, 50% at the time of engagement confirmation.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service or as otherwise agreed in the engagement letter.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods.
3. Why Upfront Payments?
Requesting 50% upfront:
• Confirms your engagement and commitment
• Allows us to allocate resources and deliver your services efficiently
• Ensures smooth and uninterrupted processing of your accounts and tax matters
4. Late or Non-Payment
• Services will not commence until the upfront payment is received.
• In cases of delayed or non-payment, additional charges may apply, and services may be suspended until payment is made.
